Nomad’s lead surf guide and part-owner, Jake, has spent well over a decade sailing Indo’s Mentawai and Telo Islands. A Gold Coast local, Jake is an absolute legend and weapon in the surf, all-in-one. Coincidentally, World Surfaris’ CFO is onboard Nomad as we speak chasing a “shoulder season” swell.

Legendary skipper, Tony ‘Doris’ Eltherington has been kind enough to welcome the World Surfaris team on board Raja Elang twice this season, and one thing’s for sure – Doris knows the islands and how to avoid crowds like no one else. Fact!
